This agreement provides you with a precision tune-up and professional cleaning either annually or semi-annually as specified below.
19 POINT HEATING TUNE-UP
  1. Check and adjust thermostat
  2. Check and adjust all safety controls
  3. Vacuum clean burners and controls
  4. Check and adjust pilot assembly
  5. Check thermocouple
  6. Adjust burner for efficiency
  7. Check for gas leaks in furnace
  8. Lubricate all moving parts
  9. Check belt and adjust tension
  10. Check filters
  11. Check flue pipe and clean
  12. Check venting system
  13. Adjust pressure regulator
  14. Inspect combustion chamber
  15. Check and adjust fan switch
  16. Check and adjust limit control
  17. Check total performance
  18. Make any recommendations
  19. Run through cycle

20 POINT AIR CONDITIONING TUNE-UP
  1. Install gauges and check refrigerant charge
  2. Check high & low pressure switches
  3. Normal condenser coil cleaning
  4. Check Condenser Fan Motor
  5. Check start and run capacitors
  6. Check for possible freon leaks
  7. Check air temperature across evaporator coil
  8. Check relays
  9. Check starting contactor
  10. Check and adjust thermostat
  11. Check compressor
  12. Check and adjust belt tension
  13. Check that condensate drain is open
  14. Check blower motor and oil
  15. Check for loose connections
  16. Check filter
  17. Check bearings & lubricate moving parts
